We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Preston, overseeing our workshop and field service operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of engineers and service professionals, ensuring top-quality service and support for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading & motivating the service team to meet and exceed performance targets.
Managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and service operations, prioritising efficiency and quality.
Driving health & safety compliance, ensuring best practices are followed at all times.
