Job Opportunity: Residential Support Worker - Children's Home Near Preston

Location: Preston Area, Lancashire

Shift Patterns: Flexible shifts including 3 on / 3 off and 2 on / 4 off

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Support Worker at our clients’ therapeutic children's home near Preston.

About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be a key member of our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This role involves:

- Being a Positive Role Model: Helping young people develop healthy relationships, self-esteem, and life skills.

- Collaborating with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Working alongside psychologists, social workers, and educators to create tailored care plans and support strategies.

- Promoting Positive Outcomes: Supporting young people in achieving their personal goals and navigating life's challenges.

Shift Patterns:

To ensure a healthy work-life balance, our client offer a variety of shift patterns, including:

- 3 on / 3 off

- 2 on / 4 off (Includes sleep ins)
