To be successful in the role of a Support worker you will:
- Minimum of 6 months Paid experience as a support worker and children's setting in the UK in the last 3 years.
- Have the right to live and work within the UK
- You will need an enhanced children/ Adult DBS - on the update service, which you can apply for upon registration.
- A full, valid driver's licence is required for this positions
- Need to be passionate about caring
- You need a level 3 or above health and social care
- Confident in leading and supervising a team
- Mentor and support team members
