An independent Surveying Practice in Preston is seeking a full-time Residential Surveyor to join their team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and be VRS Registered, capable of conducting valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
The position offers a competitive salary with on-target earnings ranging from £50,000 to £70,000, along with 25+ days of annual leave and an annual bonus.
Additional benefits include a vehicle allowance, private healthcare, and opportunities for structured training and CPD events.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a UK driving license, and experience with iPad technology and apps.

We are currently recruiting for our clients, an independent and successful Surveying Practice, who are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in the Preston area on a full-time basis.

They are ideally looking for someone who is able to carry out valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time
Flexible and home-based working

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

On Target earnings of £50,000 - £70,000

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
VRS Registered
Highly driven and organised

UK driving license
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
