Sonic Summary

The job is for a First Article Inspection (FAI) role on a contract basis in Prestwick.
Candidates should have previous experience in FAIR review/sign-off and a working knowledge of AS9102 Specification.
Experience in mechanical commodities and inspection techniques is prioritized, along with the ability to read drawings and write Root Cause and Corrective Action Requests.
Familiarity with Spirit Aerosystems products is also required for this position.
The role is outside IR35, but the salary and specific years of experience required are not mentioned.

We are currently looking for someone to carry out First Article Inspection on a contract basis in Prestwick.

Job Description:

To perform FAI on machined, fabricated and assembled products

Responsibilities/Requirements:

- Previous experience in FAIR review / sign-off

- Working knowledge of AS9102 Specification
- Relative commodity experience (mechanical is priority)
- Inspection techniques
- Reading drawings
- writing Root Cause and Corrective Action Request

- Previous Spirit Aerosystems Product Knowledge
