Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer to be based in Princes Risborough?
This role is offered on a full-time basis and you will be subject to an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
Main Duties of the Role
- Providing remote second line support to customers whilst providing excellent service
- Act as point of escalation for 1st Line Engineers and escalating tickets when required
- Mentoring junior members of the team
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience of: Hyper-V, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, Server failures & System backups
Salary
- £26,000-£29,000 per annum
