The Company you will be working for;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Administrator to start as soon as possible.. This is to cover maternity leave with a potential of securing a permanent contract due to hard work and dedication! The Job you will be doing;

  • Reviewing job sheets and creating job proposals
  • Job diary / logistics - speak with customers to arrange times for visits - send service visit forms - raise jobs on both diary system and SAP system - book diary for maintenance days, service contracts - breakdowns
  • Appointments - booking visits for service to evaluate installation jobs or to do site visits
  • Calibration equipment and register to be kept up to date.
  • General Telephone Enquiries
  • Ad hoc admin duties
  • Daily usage of Microsoft Packages such as Excel etc.

About you;

  • Strong administration skills
  • Employee relationship skills with understanding of H & S issues skills
  • IT Skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • You must be customer focused, with a proactive approach to day-to-day work as well as being able to maintain effective relationships with current customers.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is essential, experience of SAP and Protean would be helpful but not essential.
  • You must be a team player, and be able to contribute towards team goals, equally you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work under own initiative at times.
