Position: Business Development Executive - Freight Forwarding

Location: Leeds (Flexible: Office, Home, & Field-based)

Salary: up to 35,000 + bonuses

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 17:00pm

The role:

  • Work closely with our Business Development Manager to help drive business growth and retention.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector.
  • Cultivate and manage key client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Be the face of the company in the field, building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for customers across air, ocean, and road freight.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets (and celebrate those wins, because we're all about success!).
