Job PurposeTo manage, develop and maintain existing accounts; to source; introduce and develop new business relationships.Responsibilities* To manage existing customers, developing long term relationships, identifying needs and managing expectations, providing appropriate solutions to maximise revenue and profitability.* To source, introduce and develop new business customers, identifying needs and managing expectations, providing appropriate solutions to maximise revenue and profitability.* To be responsible for following up on sales and marketing leads and maintaining relevant records.* Act in a professional manner with regard to management, confidentiality, security, personal attitude and presentation.* Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures.* Be prepared to work in a flexible way to assist colleagues in the delivery of services to customers.* Document all configurations and information relevant to customers, sites and Group, stored as per Procedures.* Personal Development - maintain and extend personal expertise in specific areas relevant to the requirements of the role.* Uphold and implement Group Policies and procedures in all work activities.* Provide feedback to the Group on all perceived risks, issues and potential improvements.
