- Schedule and manage job bookings efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Coordinate the application process for necessary permits, ensuring all required documentation is in place.
- Regularly update and maintain customer details on internal and external portals.
- Send service reports to customers, ensuring all information is clear and timely.
- Answer customer calls and handle email enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Ensure smooth processes and seamless coordination between departments and customers, maintaining high standards of organisation.
- You will be liaising with customers, suppliers, and various departments, so a confident and professional communication approach is essential, therefore prior customer service and administration experience will be required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting deadlines.
