Role: Customer Service & Bookings Administrator Location: Pudsey, LS28Salary: £25,000, plus annual bonus  Looking for a full time role that’s the perfect mix of general customer/ client service and organisation? In the role of Customer Service & Bookings Administrator, you will be key in providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of tasks related to bookings, permits, and documentation. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities as Customer Service & Booking Administrator will include: 
  • Schedule and manage job bookings efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Coordinate the application process for necessary permits, ensuring all required documentation is in place.
  • Regularly update and maintain customer details on internal and external portals.
  • Send service reports to customers, ensuring all information is clear and timely.
  • Answer customer calls and handle email enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure smooth processes and seamless coordination between departments and customers, maintaining high standards of organisation.
What we are looking for:
  • You will be liaising with customers, suppliers, and various departments, so a confident and professional communication approach is essential, therefore prior customer service and administration experience will be required. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting deadlines.
  • Confidence to learn new IT systems
  • Accuracy is crucial for this role
  • You must be able to stay organised amidst a busy workload and ensure all tasks are completed effectively.
