A Revit Technician with building services engineering experience is sought by this top notch, regional contractor who are based nicely for commuting whether you are based in Leeds or Bradford. Carrying out work from 50k to 20m, as a building services Revit Technician you will have the chance to work on energy centres up to 3mw and beyond, decarbonisation projects and regular building services works in offices, education, HQ buildings and resi schemes. The role will see you being based in the office for three days a week liaising with colleagues both in the design and Revit team at their Leeds office. As the role title suggests, you'll obviously need to be experienced at using Revit to produce, update and modify models and plans for building services systems. From their office base between Leeds and Bradford they carry out schemes across the Yorkshire region, Lincolnshire and London; they are currently online for c. 60m of work in the big smoke while their order for book until 2028 is looking very healthy. I'm excited to be working with them; there is a really nice vibe in the office and a buzz about the company that is a contrast to the corporates.
