In short, we are looking for someone who has managed the installation of small M&E building services projects, e.g, boiler swaps, replacing VRF's / VRV's / splits, lighting upgrades and pipework replacement.

Company -
FM division (6m T/O) of a Leeds based group of M&E companies who have a total turnover of c100m.
FM client base includes managing agents, gyms, schools and commercial office units.

The Role -
As a small works contact manager, you will manage projects 10k to 500k which will include the replacement of boilers and associate pipework and / or air-conditioning units, lighting replacements and small power upgrades for commercial and leisure clients in Yorkshire, the North West and North East.
You will manage direct trades and also sub-contract labour and manage projects from initial enquiry to hand over.
You will be client facing, be involved with pricing and negotiating works.

The Person -
You will have a mechanical or electrical background and have experience of managing small works in a commercial Facilities Management environment.

Salary -
50,000 to 53,500
4%/4% pension + 27 days holiday + bank holidays + car allowance c6,500
