In short, we are looking for someone who has managed the installation (project management) of small projects, e.g, boiler swaps and associated pipework. You may also be responsible for managing the replacement ofVRF's / VRV's / splits and small lighting upgrades.
The Role -
As a small works contact manager, you will manage projects 10k to 500k which will include the replacement of boilers and associate pipework and / or air-conditioning units, lighting replacements and small power upgrades for commercial and leisure clients in Yorkshire, the North West and North East.
You will manage direct trades and also sub-contract labour and manage projects from initial enquiry to hand over.
You will be client facing, be involved with pricing and negotiating works.
The Person -
You will have a mechanical trades background and have experience of managing small scale projects in a commercial environment.
Salary -
50,000 to 53,500
4%/4% pension + 27 days holiday + bank holidays + car allowance c6,500
