SEN- Teaching Assistant- Leeds

We are looking for Assistants and Support Workers to help students with complex needs, challenging behaviours, and learning difficulties. You will be working with children and young people who need 1:1 support for multiple reasons, such as:

  • Autism, ADHD
  • Anxiety
  • Speech and language difficulties
  • Physical and mental health issues

The candidate must have:

  • Experience working with children and young people with difficult behaviour and special educational needs
  • Confidence to make decisions and adapting to challenging situations
  • Excellent communication
  • Empathy and understanding
  • A passion for positively impacting the learning of pupils.
