Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in PSHE and Health & Social Care to Key Stage 4 students.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and academic progress.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with pupils who have SEN.
