LHH is delighted to partner with a global leading business in West Sussex to find a talented Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the delivery of an effective people strategy by implementing projects focused on talent attraction, retention, management and diversity and inclusion.
  • Lead and support key HR projects, collaborating closely with the Head of HR.
  • Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights, influencing HR priorities and solutions at all levels.
  • Champion diversity and equality initiatives, fostering a more inclusive workplace.
  • Partner with the wider HR team to align on new ways of working and share best practice.
  • Support the planning, organisation and delivery of engaging People strategy events.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in strategic people delivery, including Talent Management, Learning and Organisational Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in an international, fast paced, complex organisation and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • A positive, solutions-driven mindset with forward thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and the ability to analyse data to inform strategic decisions.
