ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join our team.
Candidates will assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals in a busy school environment, ensuring high standard of hygiene, health and safety are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of food to students and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standard within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Help with food storage and stock control
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff and visitors.
Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
- Previous catering experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
