My client is seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to join their busy company in Storrington.
The role involves answering phones, booking appointments, and managing customer interactions both in-person and online.
Candidates should have essential admin and office experience, with motor trade experience preferred but not required.
The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 to £30,000, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00.

Job role

Answering Phones
Booking appointments
Dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis as well as over the phone and email
Liaising with Technicians consistently and pro-actively as well as the Office Manager
Managing and returning stock
Ordering relevant parts for specific vehicles and Jobs

Candidate requirements:

Admin and Office experience is essential
Motor Trade experience preferred but not essential
Good customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment within a team setting
Basic computer knowledge (Training will be given for the use of Garage software)
Ability to prioritise efficiently and multi task
Good organisational skills
Good and punctual Time management
