Location: Pulborough, West Sussex (Hybrid Working)

Role Overview:
As an Electro Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll oversee the wiring and mechanical design aspects of our high-voltage products, working with engineering teams to ensure precision, reliability, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support electro-mechanical designs, including creating assembly and component documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing to optimize design reliability and reduce assembly errors.
- Manage and update parts information in our database.
- Produce system schematics, wiring diagrams, and 3D models for internal teams.
- Support and maintain quality and environmental standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Requirements:
- HNC/HND in a relevant mechanical or electrical engineering discipline (knowledge of high-voltage principles is a plus).
- Proven expertise in an electro-mechanical design environment.
- Strong skills in CAD and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD and Inventor are advantageous).
- Familiarity with modern manufacturing techniques.
