I am actively recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner with industry experience in Private Care Homes /CQC for a permanent position
Location West Sussex
This will be on site 2 day a week - you manage your own diary
Other days working from home
Salary up to £65,000 plus annual bonus and car allowance (c £4,000) and good benefits
Interview stages - Two.
First stage teams and second will be face to face. Both are competency based
This is a very hands-on HR Ops role. You will be at the heart of operational HR activities and challenges, and the day-to-day tasks that this brings.
Key Activities
- Review HR processes
- Partner with senior management on HR matters including coaching for best practice
- Provide Employee Relations support where needed
- Provide high-quality HR services that support workforce planning, recruitment, and staff engagement
- Keep abreast of HR best practice, legislative changes, and new developments to continuously develop and improve knowledge
Person specification
- CIPD Level 5 or 7
- Experience as a HR Business Partner level is essential.
- HR industry experience working in private health care /CQC (this is essential
- Strong experience working at a senior HR capacity including responsibilities for senior stakeholder management.
- Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of HR best practice and a thorough understanding of the practical application of employment law.
- Successful experience working collaboratively on change management initiatives and projects.
