We're excited to be working with a Local Authority in West Sussex, looking for a Homelessness Prevention Officer to join their team for an initial period of 4 months on a hybrid working schedule (2 days/week).
This role is ideal for someone with a background specialising in prevention who's ready to hit the ground running.
You'll be managing a caseload of around 20 and focusing on making Eligibility decisions-rather than complex ones-to help those at risk of homelessness.
You'll need your own transport as you'll be travelling to different Prevention Hubs (don't worry, mileage is covered and there's free parking on-site).
If you have experience in a prevention-focused role and are familiar with Home Connections, you'd be a great fit!
