You will play a crucial role, supporting and working alongside a talented and experience Partner and Solicitor with duties covering:

Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
Managing and organising client files.
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Answering phone calls and handling client inquiries.
Conducting property searches and preparing reports.
Liaising with clients, Solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven conveyancing experience in fee-earning or support roles including secretarial positions.
A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process is essential.
Skills: Must be able to hit the ground running, utilising prior experience effectively.
Personality: Approachable, team player with a proactive attitude.
