Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the efficient running of the stores & logistics function
- Pack products and manage dispatch, including import and export administration
- Conduct stocktaking and ensure inventory accuracy
- Inspect aircraft parts and associated certifications
- Book couriers and communicate effectively with courier personnel
- Carry out fork-lift duties (training provided if necessary)
- Inspect and pack parts to a high standard
- Organise the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods
- Quickly and effectively handle queries from other departments
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment
- Archive shipment documentation
- Assist with labelling and packing of products
- Accurately manage goods-in receipting, unpacking, and putting away
- Pack and dispatch all customer products efficiently
- Liaise and communicate with the sales and admin team
- Work collaboratively alongside the Warehouse Manager
Key Skills:
- Aviation experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience in stores, shipping, picking and packing, or a goods-in environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Conscientious and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining accuracy and precision
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices

Salary & Benefits:
- £26,000 - £29,000
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
- Permanent position
