The firm are looking for a Residential Property Fee Earner with 3-4 years experience to manage a diverse residential caseload. This position is ideal for someone seeking meaningful client interactions and the chance to grow within a supportive environment. Experience in light commercial property and probate is a plus.

Team and Culture:The team is comprised of two partners, three fee earners, and dedicated support staff, including secretaries, a probate assistant, and an accounts manager. With a total of ten staff members, they enjoy a loyal, collaborative team dynamic. The Senior Partner offers mentorship and support, sharing decades of expertise with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage 15-20 residential property files per month, including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
  • Tailor quotes to clients, gather ID, and verify finances for seamless transaction handling.
  • Draft contracts, manage Land Registry and financial transactions, and keep clients updated.
  • Coordinate completion dates, manage legal exchanges, and oversee document filings for smooth transaction finalization.
