My Local Authority client is looking for a experience General Practice surveyor who has worked within Councils before and has a good understanding across the following:
- Rent reviews and Lease renewals
- Service charges
- Asset Disposals (specifically commercial property)
- Valuations (not essential)
- Strategic asset management
The role will be looking at a range of assets over various portfolios but mainly commercial assets.
