?? Role and Responsibilities ??

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of our client's HR strategy. Working closely with the wider HR team, you will be responsible for implementing HR solutions that support employee retention and engagement. Act as the first point of contact for any employee relations matters and provide guidance on performance management.

?? Key Responsibilities ??

  • Upskill line managers on HR best practises and provide guidance on people management
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance HR practises and processes, ensuring they align with the organisation's goals and values
  • Lead engaging and fun activities that promote employee satisfaction and strengthen their bond within the team
  • Partner with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement across their teams
  • Work closely with the Head of HR to manage compensation and benefits offerings, ensuring they are competitive and attractive to employees
  • Identify areas for improvement within the HR function and provide recommendations based on industry trends and best practises

? Qualifications and Skills ?

  • CIPD Level 5 or CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • Proven expertise in implementing effective HR strategies and solutions
  • Experience working with HR, MRP and ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and engagement activities
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and result-oriented mindset
