- Provide dedicated one-on-one support to a student with Epilepsy during college hours.
- Administer Buccal Midazolam as needed, following all safety and protocol guidelines.
- Monitor the student for seizure activity and respond promptly to any emergencies.
- Assist with VNS device management in coordination with healthcare guidelines.
- Collaborate with college staff to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, ideally in an educational setting.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with Epilepsy, including familiarity with seizure protocols.
- Experience administering Buccal Midazolam.
- Knowledge or experience with VNS devices is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare or first aid are an asset.
