I am working for a large national IFA company that are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Recruitment Manager to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process across multiple locations with the southern part of UK ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to meet our organisational needs.

This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.

Duties

  • Deliver Groupwide target of new recruitment drive within budget
  • Manage external recruitment consultants
  • Develop and run direct recruitment program (Linkedin etc)
  • Initial filter interviews for all candidates
  • Work with Human Resources team on offer generation, onboarding and certification
  • Own and present data on adviser net flows and succession
  • Assist in managing staff progression: admin to adviser, adviser to Chartered status etc with Head of Training and regional MDs, managing training input from partners (eg DFMs)
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various regions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process.

Requirements

Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked in the Financial services, financial planning sector within an HR / recruitment or operational role that previously involved heading up recruitment projects for a region, someone who has worked with external 3rd parties and understands the financial industry.

  • Proven experience in human resources or recruitment, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with budgets and projects
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
