Import Export Supply Planner (Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 days WFH)
Coordinating all stages of the cross-trade import/export process for Food, from sale to payment.
- Facilitate the movement of products from one location to another (Crosstrade shipments)
- Coordinate and plan delivery schedules to meet customer demand with little to no delay
- Continuously review costs to keep costs down where possible
- Streamline transportation processes (All modes)
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and loadings using Microsoft Business Central and excel spreadsheets.
- Track the transits in conjunction with the preparation of the shipping documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with all relevant offices within the company
- Fluent English essential (Written and Verbal). (2nd Language advantageous)
- Liaise with Account Managers to ensure customers delivery requirements are fulfilled
- Process invoices and consignments on Microsoft Business Central
- Communicate clearly with our suppliers and customers, ensuring any complaints are resolved in a timely manner
- General administrative duties within the logistics & supply team as requiredÂ
