Role Overview:We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Human Resources Director to lead our HR function on a global scale. As part of the senior leadership team, you'll shape HR strategy, manage talent acquisition, and drive employee engagement. You’ll oversee HR processes, ensuring legal compliance and implementing continuous improvement across people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function, including onboarding, training, and team management.
  • Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensure HR operations are GDPR-compliant and meet ISO/H&S standards.
  • Strengthen employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to support business goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievances, disciplinaries, and compliance with UK/EU employment laws.
  • Manage the recruitment process, focusing on direct hiring strategies.
  • Create and maintain HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the HR budget, aligning it with training and operational needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development.
  • Strong leadership skills, ideally in companies with 70+ employees.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • International HR experience is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK/EU employment law.
  • Experience in employee engagement and training delivery is highly desirable.
