Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial circumstances and needs
- Source the best mortgage and financial solutions for customers
- Sell associated insurance products
- Meet and exceed targets
- Work closely with the estate agency team to maximise business opportunities
- Provide coaching and support to colleagues
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines
Requirements:
- CEMAP 1 (minimum) qualified or equivalent, or Competency Advisor Status (CAS)
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
- Smart, articulate, and well-presented
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Full driving licence

- Competitive salary package (£28,000 base) with uncapped earnings potential (OTE £70,000)
