Job Purpose

Support a diverse portfolio of clients, acting in a pivotal role beneath Seniors and Managers
Assist audits from planning to completion, championing quality and compliance at every step
Preparation of accounts and tax computations within audit engagements
Work closely with the audit lead during site visits
Build strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and problem solving
Deliver a strong understanding of risk management during audits, with a critical eye to ensure accuracy
Keep up to date with audit regulations and emerging trends that could impact the audit function
Manage your own workload, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met

Job Requirements

ACA / ACCA qualified part-qualified or studying
Previous audit experience within UK practice
IT proficiency including Microsoft Office, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and CCH
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management skills and highly organised to ensure deadlines are met
A positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
A team player who is eager to support the wider team
A drive to progress within the firm by undertaking training
