Job Vacancy: Document Controller

Location: Kilsyth

Start Date: Considering both long-term temporary, and permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to work on an exciting energy project with one of our well-established Civil Engineering clients. This role is based in Kilsyth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and control of project documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supporting the team in the preparation and coordination of documentation related to offshore energy transmission.
  • Maintaining document control systems and ensuring compliance with project procedures.
  • Liaising with teams to ensure smooth flow of information across the project.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in document control, ideally in construction or energy sectors.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local to Kilsyth (preferred) as the role requires a temporary placement until late 2025.
