Nursery Manager

As Nursery Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children.
• Lead and inspire a team of childcare practitioners, promoting professional development and high standards of practice.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices in line with regulatory requirements and nursery goals.
• Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and staff schedules to maintain the efficient operation of the nursery.
• Foster strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent). A higher qualification in childcare or management is desirable.
• Experience: Previous experience in a management or senior leadership role within an early years setting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and regulatory requirements.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
