Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the Radford Semele area. This role focuses on supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping them develop essential skills in a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. You will work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support to children, including those with special educational needs.
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- EYFS experience with a strong understanding of early childhood development
- SEND experience, supporting children with additional needs in a classroom setting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage young learners effectively
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude towards supporting each child's individual needs
