With a focus on bridging loans, commercial mortgages and development finance based in Borehamwood specialising in Bridging loans requires an experienced Sales Team Administrator to join their amazing sales team in their luxury offices in Borehamwood.
Requirements for the role of Sales Team Administrator:
• Oversee sales support activities, ensuring efficient coordination and accurate case management.
• Organise and manage BDM appointments, including broker meetings and follow-ups. • Ensure timely and accurate creation, review, issuance, and follow-up of terms.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy, tracking case progress, leads, and KPIs.
• Regularly review the sales pipeline and generate reports on activity and performance metrics.
• Support BDMs by preparing sales materials and presentations. Collaboration and Communication
• Liaise with underwriting, marketing, and compliance to ensure smooth case progression and regulatory alignment.
• Share updates on key actions and market insights with the sales team and leadership. Team Leadership and Support
• Lead and support the sales admin team, ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently.
Working hours 9am-5.30 Monday to Friday
