Salary: 37,080 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to lead and inspire a newly established team. Your leadership will uphold high standards of care, foster professional growth, and drive positive outcomes for those we support.
You will play a pivotal role in:
- Managing the continued transition to supported living.
- Enhancing service quality for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Coaching and developing a new team, emphasising best practices and practice leadership.
- Ensuring the service remains compliant and financially viable.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing medium to large supported living or residential services.
- A background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Proven skills in team development and driving quality care.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks, such as DoLS and capacity/best interest requirements.
- NVQ Level 3 or QCE Level 5 qualifications (or a willingness to achieve this).
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to participate in an on-call rota.
