An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Radlett, Hertfordshire. This role will initially begin on a temporary basis, with the strong possibility of becoming permanent after the first term.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experienced in teaching within Primary, EYFS, or SEN settings
- Strong understanding of Autism and strategies to support pupils with additional needs
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passionate about delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to each pupil's needs
- A positive, team-oriented professional with a resilient and reflective mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach small groups of pupils in Years 3 to 6, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs
- Build a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children with Autism
- Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to ensure high-quality support and consistency
- Monitor and track pupil progress, setting achievable goals based on individual starting points
- Contribute to the wider school community and play an active role in shaping specialist provision in Radlett, Hertfordshire
