FIND is working exclusively with a leading education setting to recruit an HR Manager to join their team.  This is a newly created position where the HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organisation.This role is based 100% on site (with some flexibility during the school holidays) and would suit a current HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor who is looking to take the next step into their first HR Manager role.Duties for this role include but are not limited to-
  • Full oversight of the HR function.
  • Managing a small HR team.
  • Responsibility for managing all ER and HR cases.
  • Recruitment, vetting and onboarding of new staff.
  • Management of employment- Probation, reviews and performance management
  • HR Project work as required.
The ideal candidate for this role-
  • Is an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR advisor currently.
  • Has managed ER cases from beginning to end.
  • Is CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified- Desired not essential.
  • Is happy to be on site every day.
  • Has education sector experience, or a compliance led sector.
  • Is an excellent communicator- written and oral.
