- Needs to be experienced HR Professional
- Full oversight of the HR function.
- Managing a small HR team.
- Responsibility for managing all ER and HR cases.
- Recruitment, vetting and onboarding of new staff.
- Management of employment- Probation, reviews and performance management
- HR Project work as required.
- Is an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR advisor currently.
- Has managed ER cases from beginning to end.
- Is CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified- Desired not essential.
- Is happy to be on site every day.
- Has education sector experience, or a compliance led sector.
- Is an excellent communicator- written and oral.
