I am working with an outstanding 2 form entry Primary School in the BA3 area of Somerset who are actively seeking a Year 3 Teacher to cover MAT leave.

This school aims to provide an exceptional education across the curriculum to encourage children to be enthusiastic and confident with their learning.

This school has a lovely community around them and have a well resourced space that allows the children to develop their love for evolving personally and educationally.

The Role

This position offers an opportunity for a KS2 Teacher to join a fabulous team of staff who work to provide the best possible learning opportunities for their pupils.

This role starts in December and is to cover Maternity Leave.

You will be expected to:

  • Be creative and work collaboratively with other Year 3 teachers to plan fun lessons.

  • Have a clear understanding of the KS2 curriculum and expectations.

  • Have a range of positive behaviour management skills.

  • Plan activities inside and outside of the classroom.

  • Be enthusiastic to develop the children socially, physically and intellectually.
