My client, a well-established and reputable organisation in the fire safety sector, is seeking a dedicated Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team. Ideally, candidates will have Tier 2 accreditation. You will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments in line with current regulations and providing expert advice to ensure clients meet their legal obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fire safety risk assessments in accordance with current fire safety regulations
  • Provide clear, concise recommendations for remedial actions
  • Produce comprehensive fire safety reports
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to schedule assessments and discuss findings
  • Offer fire safety advice and guidance to help clients comply with legal requirements
  • Conduct fire safety training sessions for clients and their employees
  • Stay up to date with changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices
  • Attend client meetings as required
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety
  • Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments
  • Familiarity with fire safety assessment applications such as Riskbase
  • Strong knowledge of current fire safety regulations and legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive approach and commitment to achieving objectives
  • Full driving license required (as the role involves travel to various locations)
