Conveyancing Solicitor | Lambeth, London | Full Time | Hybrid Working | £35,000 – £45,000 DOE

Our client has been serving members of the public for approaching 40 years. Established in 1985, their mission is to set the highest quality of legal advice available and resolve all client concerns. Their firm has since moved from its original home in Harley Street (Marylebone) to Brixton (Lambeth).

Are you the right person for the job?

  • The ideal candidate will be at least Newly Qualified-3 years PQE
  • Comfortable with CQS, AML and SRA issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Customer service skills
    • A good attention to detail

What will your role look like?

  • Assisting with the annual Lexcel review
  • Supporting Property Lawyers in acting on behalf of residential conveyancing customers delivering an excellent legal service to the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Acting as a point of contact for all communication directly related to the transaction, verbally and through email
  • Maintaining accurate records within a case management system
  • Preparing financial statements for customers
  • Managing the legal processes involved in property transactions
  • Handling sales and purchases of residential properties
