(NEBOSH General Certificate required as minimum HSE qualification)Opportunity to join an International, innovative industry leader! This is an exciting opening for an adept, energetic and proactive HSE Professional to work with a leading, innovative manufacturer of luxury home brand products. This role will have responsibility for providing key guidance, training and management of their onsite EHSS activities. They are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and skilled professional to effectively manage risks and encourage and influence excellent EHSS practices and culture. You will possess strong technical competency, along with NEBOSH General Certificate. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of HSE management, exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills. Day to Day Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct regular Critical 15 site audits and address action points.
  • Oversee site governance to manage and mitigate risks, escalating serious risks as needed.
  • Collaborate with Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) contractors for statutory audits and ensure completion of actions.
  • Maintain positive relationships and conduct service review meetings with external providers.
  • Perform spot checks on RAMS and ensure incident investigations meet approved standards.
  • Log all EHSS activities and escalate training gaps or serious incidents.
  • Ensure site legal compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collect and submit monthly ESG data.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on safety practices and operational protocols.
  • Regularly review induction materials for improvement and site relevance.
  • Communicate policy updates to site managers and peers.
  • Manage site evacuation procedures and document monthly committee meetings.
