Our client based inRainhamis looking forWarehouse Logistics Administratorto join them on ongoing basis.
Your main duties will be daily liaison with the sales representatives and with the warehouse managers via phone and email. You will be responsible for amendments and adjustments to live orders as directed by sales reps and you will need to liaise with warehouse managers at both sites to arrange moment of stock between sites to ensure sufficient stock movement as per orders received. You will be using an inhouse designed stock system on which training will be provided but it is essential that you have experience of similar stock management systems. Processing warehouse paperwork, handling phone calls and queries, plus any other ad hoc administration duties as required to support management.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a warehouse administration role within a logistics / distribution background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills, confident across Microsoft suite and experience with stock control systems
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management, able to confidently manage and plan own workload
Salary:
Two options available for working hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm(45 minute unpaid break) gives paid hours of 36.25 hours
OR Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (45 minute unpaid break) gives paid hours of 41.25 hours
Hourly pay rate 12.75
