ADMIN ASSISTANT - IMMEDIATE START

MUST BE A CAR DRIVER DUE TO CLIENT LOCATION

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMENCE WORK FROM 2ND DECEMBER AND NOT HAVE ONLY HOLIDAYS BOOKED FOR THE NEXT 3 TO 4 WEEKS

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining procedures/office administrative systems/documentation
Administration and general office duties
Answering and transfer of telephone calls.
To maintain an effective system for ordering and control of equipment.
Dealing with post and couriers when requested.

Background & Skill:

Eye for detail
Exceptional IT and admin skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
Good level of education
Good telephone manner/customer service
Good time keeping and organisation
