Training and Compliance Coordinator required to join a welcoming and busy team. Hours of work Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm, with an annual salary of £34,500.

Ideal candidate will have some form of experience in understanding, carrying out audits, compliance, or managing staff training. Individual must be impeccably organised without strong communication skills and have the natural ability to make decisions.

Duties:

  • Log, track, and respond to complaints, compliments, and issues; investigate and take action if required
  • Report Health and Safety issues to management
  • Log and issue training certificates, notes from meetings and report findings
  • Update and create documents adhering to ISO and SHEQ standards
  • Visit local sites as and when required to carry out audits
  • Delivery of compliance, supporting safe working practices and behaviour
  • Manage the day-to-day data log of all compliance documents
  • Provide monthly updates from ISO based trackers to ensure compliance across all sites
  • Organise and maintain continual staff training
  • Liaise with internal colleagues, external parties and the general public

Experience:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Compliance, maintaining and organising of staff training, audit experience is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • A UK driving license is essential due to location and occasional site visits
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
