Senior Moulding Process Technician

We are recruiting for the position of a Senior Moulding Process Technician. This is a hands-on role where you will provide technical process support to deliver robust injection moulding manufacturing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Installing moulds and mould inserts into machines according to work order specifications and in a safe and timely manner
- Processing moulding parameters to achieve quality parts and optimized cycle times
- Using troubleshooting skills to improve and develop repeatable moulding processes
- Responsibility for the continuous operation of production equipment & tooling including maintenance where applicable
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge in Plastic injection moulding technologies, mould tool design and process development
- Specific experience with Arburg and Battenfeld moulding machines is advantageous
- Problem analysis, fault finding on injection mould tools and equipment
- Driven and self-starting
- Disciplined and logical approach to goal setting and problem solving

Monday to Friday - days
