Call Handler / Trainee Controller

Salary - £30000

Location : Rainham

Tuesday – 8.30am to 5.30pm - Office based
Wednesday – 8.30am to 5.30pm - Work from Home
Thursday - 8.30am to 5.30pm - Work from Home
Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm - Work from Home
Saturday – 6am to 3pm – Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure sufficient notice is given when preparing the collection of their vehicles. Maximising successful collections is paramount.

The Role will predominantly be telephone based and ensuring the correct user is spoken to regarding ‘grounding’ their vehicle on the specified collection date. Ensuring all CRM systems are updated and logged.

To Pro-actively seek resolution should an end user raise a query or provide alternative collection details.

Alongside this – we will be training the successful candidate in how to Transport Control our team of Collection and Delivery Drivers and Recovery Team.

Must pass a strict NPPV Level 2 and CTC vetting process.
