I am assisting a B2B client in Ramsgate with their search for a Marketing Manager to lead and innovate their marketing efforts, particularly focusing on enhancing their brand visibility. This role is pivotal in driving the brand forward and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in transforming marketing approaches and delivering successful product launches.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives to elevate the brand’s presence

  • Play a key role in the company’s evolution by introducing and establishing a new product line, representing a historic milestone for the brand.

  • Oversee the entire process of new product and content releases, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and thorough post-campaign analysis.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing detailed performance reports and actionable insights.

  • Consistently track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), compiling comprehensive data reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise the impact and efficiency of marketing and advertising campaigns.

  • Conceptualise, plan, and execute large-scale events, ensuring they meet objectives and contribute to the brand’s success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on brand promotion.
